We made it to the end of the 2014 Open! The CFEA Coaching Staff have been amazed at the results from the team. With over 80 participants in just the second year, CFEA is well and truly on the map in the region when it comes to community spirit!

Congratulations to Cam Anderson on his promotion to Assistant Coach! Cam has worked hard to learn the inside workings of CrossFit, from both a Coaching and Athlete perspective. You can see in his open results this year that his dedication to training has paid off!

Has anyone else noticed a number of new faces at the gym lately? Not surprisingly when we have had 51 awesome people join us since the start of the year. A warm CFEA welcome to all of you.
