  1. This WOD made me sad cos I did about 3 or 4 power cleans from mid-shin in the first round… realised then did another 10 from hang… Was 5 reps short of finishing the WOD in the 15min time cap……… I shall remember this day forever… #learntoread then #readboardthoroughly
