Adults Beginners Form
CrossFit is for everyone!
In order to ensure CrossFit is safe and effective it is essential that everyone that trains with us, has a solid knowledge and practical foundation of the basic movements used in CrossFit workouts. This is especially true for people unconditioned to CrossFit or new to Strength & Conditioning training.
This is the primary purpose of our “On-Ramp” course! We teach you to move well and then test you by putting you through your paces in challenging mini-workouts. Over 4 weeks our experienced and motivating coaches will you condition you to CrossFit training and instil in you the confidence to jump into any of our main classes.
Our aim is to:
1. Get you moving well
2. Get you moving well consistently
3. Get you moving well consistently and at high intensity
In that order.
The goal is to have you workout at your "own" relative high intensity. This means that workouts will always be challenging (and of course fun), enabling you to continuously reap the benefits of varied training, no two sessions are the same & seeing results as you progress.
Once you've 'Graduated' from the On-Ramp you move into a standard CFEA membership based on the number of sessions you would like to train per week, please call us at 0800 CFEA 129.
