CFEA's CrossFit Classes: At the core of CFEA's training are the CrossFit Classes or Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes, led by our coaches in a small "capped member" -group setting. Classes consist of a warm-up, some skill or strength work, and a workout. Coming to five WOD classes a week will get you in the best shape of your life, across all aspects of fitness, from strength, power, and endurance, to flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination. WOD classes are open to all members who have completed the On-Ramp or Fast Track beginners programme.
